Challenges:

Speedee Mart purchased an old Safeway Grocery Store with a building that dated back to the 1940s. This particular building was a masonry CMU block that was extremely crooked and needed a lot of help.

Solutions:

 Enter Replications Unlimited and our in-house design services. We
mocked up a design using our custom URESTONE ledgestone corners,
custom cornices and pilasters, Stucco Clad panels, and URESTONE clean brick panels with soldier course brick trim. This 22’ tall building got furring strips to bring the building square and it took two weeks total to finish the project; one week for prep work and one week for installation. Driving by it looks like a whole new building was erected.
