Challenges:

Speedee Mart was looking for a solution to upgrade the curb appeal of
a series of recently purchased independent convenience stores. For this
particular location, the building was a masonry CMU building built in the 1970s that was dated and needed a facelift.

Solutions:

Our in-house design team offered several mock-up designs before deciding on this layout. A complete package of URESTONE Ledgestone in a custom color, custom factory-fabricated corners, URESTONE Clean Brick, and custom cornice work were incorporated to change the texture of the building as well as the overall building profile.
